Exchanges

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• The exchange must be made within 14 days (2 weeks) of the purchase date.

• Exchanges are not available for sale items or items marked as non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.

How to Request an Exchange

To arrange an exchange, please contact us with your order details. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item to us (if you are not in our local area) and for the shipment of the replacement item.
